A quick reminder that the LPKY 2009 State Convention, being held together with the LPIN 2009 State Convention in Clarksville, Indiana, a suburb of Louisville, KY, is this weekend; May 15th - 17th.
We have many of the details online already, and there are more to come this week as we lead into this event. To say that this will be a large, exciting event is an understatement.
I'll personally be helping with a Candidate Training seminar. This seminar will cover the beginning of a campaign; deciding to run, building your team, exploratory committees, etc. We'll hold a follow-up course in 2010 to help our declared candidates continue to grow their campaigns.
I'm extremely excited. If you are coming, please bring a video camera and - if you have one - a tripod. I hope to create a good convention video from the compilation of many different video sources.
In case you hadn't seen it, we launched LPKY TV this week, and we hope to get more videos - and preferably better quality videos - online in the near future.
