JPG's Don't Support Transparency

Going to the actual website, I see a lot of images masquerading as "draft" websites. This is common practice, I suppose, but not on the date when the actual data is to be released.

I wonder why we're so concerned with cute images when the citizens are demanding fiscal accountability. We want the information, Governor, not smooth lines and pastel graphics. Will you keep the promise? There are eight hours left to fulfill your own deadline.
