Annual dues provide the basic support needed to pay the most basic of expenses, such as phone, website, and other critical Party services.
To vote on Party business you must be a Voting Member of the Party. You must sign our Statement of Principles (sign up for this website), and also pay annual LPKY dues. These are in addition to any dues paid to LP National.

First, I apologize for the delay in responding to your message. Due to some technical difficulties, I found myself unable to use the forums. This problem has now been resolved.
While we did have Bob Barr as a statewide candidate in 2008, we have not had any candidates from western Kentucky in recent years.
Currently the LPKY is strongest in KY-3 (Louisville), KY-4 (Northern Kentucky) and KY-6 (Lexington and surrounding areas).
We need to get a functional district party in KY District 1, and then find some quality candidates to run over there. If you, or anyone you know, would like to help set up a good District 1 party, please let me know. I hope that this new forum will help facilitate KY-1 and KY-5 development, specifically, as those two districts are the western and eastern edges of the state.
