Welcome to the new LPKY website, and these new forums.

The goal of these forums is to encourage our members to communicate from around the state, and to foster the creation of district and county parties where today there are none.

Please note: You must Log In to the LPKY website (bottom left of the page) in order to use these forums.

After that, here are some quick tips on how to find people in your area:

1. Join the District group in which you live. You can apply for membership in a District Group. To do this, click on "User Control Panel", towards the top left of the page. This will bring up a new window, where "Usergroups" is a tab. Click on that tab. This will bring up a new window which will allow you to apply for membership in the District forums. Choose the group that's appropriate, clicking on the radio button on the right-hand side of the page. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and select submit. The page will re-load, and you should now see that you are pending membership in a new group.

2. Update your profile, if you want to do so. In the User Control Panel, you can add additional information and methods of being contacted by other members of the forum.

3. Introduce yourself! Feel free to introduce yourself to the group here in the Liberty Kentucky area.

There are very few rules here on the LPKY website, but here they are:

1. Do not use the LPKY website to engage in illegal commerce. Do not commit crimes (even if it is a stupid law) using the LPKY website.

2. Be respectful of others. Even if you disagree with another member (and that's very likely), you can present your position without name-calling and derogatory remarks. A argument on a position is made stronger when you present facts, not slurs, anyway.

3. Build the party. The purpose of this website and of this forum is to facilitate the growth of the party. If you're trying to run people away, or steal them for something else, that's not going to go over very well.

4. Have fun.

So, with these simple tips and rules out of the way, please proceed to introducing yourself to the group, and jumping into the fray. Welcome to the LPKY.
