We will continue to hold our meeting in the "Judge's Chambers" meeting room at Chez Nora.

We are going to attempt to have guest speakers each and every month, from now until the 2010 Elections, and this has been incorporated into the agenda.

Working agenda (subject to change):

6:00PM - Arrive early if you wish to eat during the meeting.
6:30PM - Sign in
6:35PM - The business meeting will start PROMPTLY at 6:35PM.
7:00PM - Guest Speaker
7:30PM - Social hour begins.

NOTE: The business meeting will follow Roberts Rules from here forward. This will cut down on the amount of time taken by the business meeting. Those wishing only to skip the busines sportion of the meeting are welcome to do so on the 3rd floor bar, either outside or inside.

ALSO NOTE: There is to be no smoking until the social hour.

Anyone who wishes to eat during the business meeting should arrive at 6PM, to avoid interruption during the meeting. We encourage people to eat at Chez Nora, and happy hour runs until 7PM. However, if you wish to deprive yourself of excellent food and happy hour alcohol prices, purchases are not required.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, we will be in the Judge's Chambers. Take the elevator to floor 3R, turn right, and you will walk into the Judge's Chambers room. If in doubt, ask a host or hostess on the 1st floor.
