Last day to file Statement of Candidacy

Last day for candidates not affiliated with parties entitled to a Primary Election to file a statement-of-candidacy form with the same office at which nomination papers are filed.

Excludes candidates for federal office and candidates for mayor or legislative body in cities of the second to sixth class participating in partisan elections.

MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 4PM.

If you miss this deadline and plan to run for office, you are limited to write-in candidacy.
