Amendment #1 - "Moellman Omnibus Amendment version 3.0 -- UPDATED Feb 18th"

Proposed by: Ken Moellman
Link: Download here.
Description:

Many minor (hopefully) non-controversial changes encompassed in an "omnibus" format for the purposes of expediency. Reduces redundancy, clarifies vague language, fixes grammar, consolodates fragments into coherent sections. Makes minor changes to party operations to reflect defacto actions taken by various committees out of necessity. Changes language to make more applicable to any affiliate party who wishes to simply use the constitution as their governing document.

Amendment #2 - "Voting Amendment version 2.0 --- UPDATED Feb 26th"

Proposed by: Ken Moellman
Link: Download here.
Description:

This amendment modifies our candidate nomination and selection process. The current process excludes people registered to vote as Libertarians from the process, and forces all candidates to be nominated and accepted at the state party level. To make the process more understandable to outsiders, and to alleviate a potential violation of the Voting Rights Act, this amendment clarifies the process, and locks the process down to those who are registered to vote as Libertarians. It also allows District and County Parties to nominate candidates for offices that are contained completely within their political boundaries.
