Step One: Sign the Oath of Non-Initiation of Force, provide required information, join LPKY monthly mailing list.
Step Two: Pay annual dues (or donate monthly) - This is separate from dues paid to LP National
Step Three: Re-register to vote affiliated as Libertarian
